Meat offered for sale has been carefully selected from animals that are the result of 20 years of careful genetic selection resulting in the optimal balance of tenderness, juiciness and flavours that are unique to Wagyu. The umami taste comes from the muscle fibres while the soft buttery fatty acid flavours are derived from the fine marbling. 

Our product is guaranteed free of antibiotics, genetically modified residues, hormonal growth stimulants and artificial food additives. All animals are Fullblood Japanese Black Wagyu.
